Remoulade Opskrift
This is a classic Danish remoulade recipe, perfect for pairing with fish, fries, or sandwiches.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Pickles, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, pickles, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
