  • 1.5 kg Pork Belly with skin
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 500 ml Water

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
  3. Rub salt and pepper into the skin and meat.
  4. Place the pork belly in a roasting pan and pour water into the pan.
  5. Roast for 90 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  6. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
