Main Ingredients
- 180 g Short-grain rice
- 1 L Whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Add the rice and let it boil for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the milk and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally.
4. Let it cook on low heat for about 30 minutes until thick and creamy. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
5. Add salt to taste and serve hot with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a knob of butter.
