Main Ingredients
- 180 g Porridge rice
- 1 L Whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Stir occasionally.
3. Let it simmer for about 35 minutes until the rice is tender. Stir in salt.
4. Serve warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar, and a knob of butter.
