Rødgrød Med Fløde Opskrift
En klassisk dansk dessert lavet med røde bær og serveret med fløde.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, red currants)
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Potato starch mixed with a little cold water
- 250 ml Heavy cream for serving
1. Put the berries and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the berries are soft.
3. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a mixing bowl to remove seeds.
4. Return the strained juice to the saucepan and bring to a boil again.
5. Stir in the potato starch mixture and cook until thickened.
6. Let it cool, then serve with heavy cream.
