Main Ingredients
- 1 head Red cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots grated
- 1 pcs Apple diced
- 50 g Walnuts chopped
- 50 g Raisins
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Shred the red cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl.
3. Dice the apple and add it to the bowl.
4. Add the chopped walnuts and raisins.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
