  • 8 pieces Sardines cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Place the cleaned sardines on a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sardines.
  4. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper on top.
  5. Add minced garlic and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the sardines are golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
