- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
1. Shred the cabbage finely.
2. Mix the shredded cabbage with salt in a large pot.
3. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
4. Let it cool before serving.
