Main Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 200 g Ham diced
- 100 g Cheese grated
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
Spread mustard over the pastry.
Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over the mustard.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the pastry into a log and seal the edges.
Brush the log with beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
