  • 500 g Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 200 g Ham diced
  • 100 g Cheese grated
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread mustard over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over the mustard.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the pastry into a log and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the log with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
