Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Black Beans soaked overnight
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 4 cups Water
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
3. Add the soaked black beans, cumin, and salt. Stir well.
4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until beans are tender.
