Main Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add minced beef, cook until browned.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, carrot, celery, oregano, and basil.
Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve sauce over spaghetti, topped with grated Parmesan.
