Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Spidskål (pointed cabbage) finely shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots grated
- 1 pcs Apple diced
- 50 g Almonds toasted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Finely shred the spidskål and place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Grate the carrots and dice the apple, then add them to the bowl.
3. Toast the almonds in a dry pan until golden, then chop them roughly and add to the bowl.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
6. Serve immediately or let it sit for a while to allow the flavors to meld.
