Ingredienser

  • 100 g Almonds
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 100 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g Flaxseeds
  • 100 g Sesame seeds
  • 5 pcs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Mix all the nuts and seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture along with the salt. Stir well until everything is combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the bread is firm and golden brown.
  6. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
