Stjerneskud Opskrift
Stjerneskud er en klassisk dansk ret, der består af fiskefileter serveret på brød med rejer, asparges, og en lækker dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Fish fillets preferably plaice
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 200 grams Shrimps cooked and peeled
- 4 pieces White bread slices toasted
- 8 pieces Asparagus cooked
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Remoulade
- 1 piece Lemon cut into wedges
1. Dredge the fish fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
2. Fry the fillets in a pan with oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
3. Toast the slices of bread and place a fried fish fillet on each slice.
4. Top with cooked shrimps, asparagus, a dollop of mayonnaise, and remoulade.
5. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
