Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets preferably plaice
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 200 grams Shrimps cooked and peeled
  • 4 pieces White bread slices toasted
  • 8 pieces Asparagus cooked
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Remoulade
  • 1 piece Lemon cut into wedges

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Dredge the fish fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Fry the fillets in a pan with oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  3. 3. Toast the slices of bread and place a fried fish fillet on each slice.
  4. 4. Top with cooked shrimps, asparagus, a dollop of mayonnaise, and remoulade.
  5. 5. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
