Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g Raspberry jam
- 100 g Dark chocolate melted
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold into the mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool, then spread raspberry jam over the top.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the jam layer.
Cut into squares and serve.
