Ingredienser 

Dough

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 300 ml Water lukewarm
  • 100 g Sourdough starter active
  • 10 g Salt

Toppings

  • 200 g Tomato sauce
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • to taste Fresh basil

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add salt and knead the dough until smooth. Let it ferment for 24 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) with a pizza stone inside.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a pizza base. Add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
