Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 1 piece Onion thinly sliced
- 150 g Bacon cut into small pieces
- 50 g Gruyère cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
3. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
4. Distribute the sliced onions and bacon pieces on top.
5. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the top.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
