  • 8 pieces Tarteletter shells
  • 300 g Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 200 g Asparagus cut into pieces
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Flour
  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place tarteletter shells on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add heavy cream, shredded chicken, and asparagus. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the heated tarteletter shells with the chicken and asparagus mixture. Serve immediately.
