Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Tarteletter shells
- 300 g Chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 200 g Asparagus cut into pieces
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Flour
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place tarteletter shells on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
Gradually add chicken broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer.
Add heavy cream, shredded chicken, and asparagus. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the heated tarteletter shells with the chicken and asparagus mixture. Serve immediately.
