Main Ingredients
- 400 g Beef Tenderloin finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 1 unit Egg Yolk
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Finely chop the beef tenderloin and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley to the bowl.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the tatar with an egg yolk on top.
