  • 1 liter Vegetable Broth
  • 2 pcs Carrots chopped
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 200 grams Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the chopped carrots, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
