Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Quails cleaned
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Rub the quails with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the quails in a baking dish and sprinkle with minced garlic and lemon juice.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quails are golden brown and cooked through.
Let the quails rest for a few minutes before serving.
