  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Rub the quails with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the quails in a baking dish and sprinkle with minced garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quails are golden brown and cooked through.
