Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Wild Duck
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Rub the wild duck with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place the duck in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth around it.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the duck is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with your favorite sides.
