Main Ingredients
- 500 g Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
- 200 g Chicken Breast diced
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add the heavy cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add the diced chicken and mushrooms. Cook until the chicken is done.
Season with salt and pepper. Fill the baked puff pastry with the mixture and serve.
