  • 900 g Cream cheese
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Flour

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  5. Sift in the flour and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until the top is dark brown and the center is still jiggly.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
