Ingredienser 

Dough

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 250 g Butter cold and cubed
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 200 ml Milk warm
  • 1 Egg beaten

Filling

  • 100 g Butter softened
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix flour and butter until crumbly.
  2. 2. Add sugar, yeast, and warm milk. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add beaten egg and knead into a dough.
  4. 4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Roll out dough and spread filling evenly.
  6. 6. Roll dough into a log and shape into a pretzel.
  7. 7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
